Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience in at least two areas: process improvement/transformation, business/financial analysis, external consulting/auditing/risk analysis, customer journey/experience, organizational change management, IT solution/architecture, project management.

Responsabilidades

• Establish as a strategic partner through knowledge of business and technology, building trust and delivering value.
• Provide guidance and leadership; collaborate with diverse, cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead jumbo initiatives impacting large groups and enterprise transformation efforts.
• Manage large-scale workshops across all levels to drive strategic decisions and process mapping.
• Develop diagnostic tools and executive deliverables with multi-year roadmaps to address opportunities.
• Coach and mentor associates and demonstrate thought leadership in healthcare knowledge.
