Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Cell Therapy Account Manager to drive adoption and growth of the Cell Therapy & Transplant portfolio, including AlloHeme. The role targets blood and marrow transplant centers, cell therapy programs, hematology-oncology practices, and academic medical centers.

You will educate providers, support implementation, and drive utilization through strategic account management. The candidate will collaborate with Clinical Liaisons, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Customer

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management experience in healthcare.
Demonstrated ability to sell clinically within hematology-oncology.
Experience supporting blood and marrow transplant, cell therapy, or CAR-T programs preferred.
Proven success selling into large academic medical centers, cancer centers, hospitals, and complex healthcare systems.
Experience navigating multi-stakeholder decision-making environments involving physicians, laboratory leadership, administrators, procurement teams, and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop deep understanding of customer needs, workflows, and objectives to expand adoption of CareDx Cell Therapy & Transplant solutions.
Build clinical understanding and confidence in AlloHeme through discussions with physicians and lab leadership; partner with Medical Affairs when needed.
Lead account onboarding and activation activities for AlloHeme testing solutions and establish ordering and reporting workflows.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption, penetration, and growth across the territory.
Support contracting activities and facilitate LSAs to remove adoption barriers.
Identify and engage key stakeholders across customer organizations to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and territory business plan; forecast opportunities and track milestones.
Collaborate with Clinical Liaison, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations to drive customer success.
