Endeavors Inc. is seeking a dedicated program operations professional to oversee case management and ensure VA SSVF compliance. The role supports veterans and their families who are homeless or at risk, coordinating resources and reporting to improve outcomes.

The position requires strong supervisory skills, familiarity with HMIS, and the ability to travel to various locations as needed while maintaining high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, or related field.
• 1+ year of case management experience; 3+ years preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory experience; case management supervision preferred.
• LMSW, LBSW, LMFT preferred. Driver’s license with clear record.
• Available to travel, work nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsabilités

• Staff caseloads with Case Managers and staff current issues; provide QA and regulatory compliance to client files.
• Manage office coordination, client flow, Veteran complaints and crisis management.
• Advocate for veterans to access housing, utilities, and community resources; build resource database.
• Ensure all participant files meet VA SSVF eligibility, enrollment, recertification, and discharge requirements.
• Conduct regular case file audits to verify documentation and drive quality improvements.
• Ensure HMIS data quality and timely entry of services and case notes.
• Maintain relationships with VA Medical Centers, HUD-VASH, landlords, and community agencies.
• Participate in Veteran community groups, case conferencing, and present the program to promote its success.
• Other duties as assigned.
