Job summary

Endeavors Inc. in Texas seeks a program manager to provide state oversight for the SSVF program, serving Veterans and their families who are homeless or at risk. A Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field and 3+ years in case management or program management are required.

You will monitor daily services, review payments, travel regionally, and lead a team to achieve program goals within budget. Travel up to 25% and LMSW/LBSW/LMFT preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or related field.
• 3+ years in a customer service focused environment.
• 3+ years case management or program management experience; 5+ years preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience; supervision of remote employees a plus.
• Experience with homeless and low-income populations, Veterans and their families is a strong plus.
• LMSW, LBSW, LMFT preferred. Driver's License with clear record required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of daily program services within assigned state. Monitor and evaluate case management services.
• Communicate daily with Lead Case Manager and Lead Outreach and Intake Specialist; travel to locations regularly.
• Meet regularly with Financial Assistance Coordinators to review qualifying expenses and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with staff to attend and network at Veteran and community groups; promote program success.
• Monitor budget for revenue goals and expenses; provide input to budget preparation.
• Supervise direct reports: hiring, training, mentoring, performance reviews.
• Prepare and submit monthly program reports; complete periodic reports as required.
• Stay current in Veteran issues and related social services; network with professionals; attend trainings.
