Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating services, reporting, and advocating for clients while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality assurance, and timely documentation across locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of case management experience; 3+ years preferred.
• 2+ years in a customer service-focused environment.
• Experience with homeless or at-risk populations is a strong plus.
• Available to travel to assigned locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Staff caseloads with Case Managers; staff program information and QA.
• Manage office/staff coordination, client flow and crisis handling.
• Document incidents timely and in compliance with policies.
• Provide safety, security, and food service guidance.
• Maintain shelter supplies inventory and donor items.
• Advocate for housing, utilities, and community services; build referrals.
