Job summary

Endeavors Austin seeks a Housing Stability Specialist to deliver client-centered case management for Veterans and their families at risk of or experiencing homelessness. You will promote program awareness, conduct comprehensive eligibility screenings, and connect participants to housing and supportive resources to improve stability and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology or related field.
• 1+ years of case management experience; 3+ years preferred.
• 2+ years in a customer service focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for Veterans and connect to housing and other benefits.
• Conduct outreach to shelters, encampments, bus stations, and events.
• Complete intake assessments, service plans, and document progress.
• Coordinate, monitor, and document services to meet goals.
• Assist in locating, securing, and maintaining housing for participants.
• Other duties as assigned.
