Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a Case Manager/Outreach & Intake Specialist to support Veterans in the Homeless Veterans' Reintegration Program (HVRP) in Las Vegas, NV. The role involves outreach, eligibility determinations, intake, and ongoing case management to advance employment and housing stability.

You will coordinate supportive services, assist with employment opportunities, and ensure thorough documentation in Salesforce and other databases while maintaining a veteran-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration, Human Services, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community outreach and represent HVRP at community meetings, resource fairs, shelters, partner agencies, and Veteran-serving organizations.
• Perform eligibility screenings, determine HVRP eligibility, complete intake and enrollment, and maintain participant files.
• Complete comprehensive assessments to identify employment barriers, housing needs, supportive service needs, education, training, and career goals.
• Provide ongoing case management to monitor progress toward employment, housing stability, and self-sufficiency.
• Assist participants with gaining employment opportunities, vocational training, apprenticeships, educational programs, certifications, and other resources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers and community partners to expand opportunities.
