Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the SSVF program implementation across an assigned state. You will monitor case management services, ensure timely veteran support, and collaborate with staff to meet program goals.

This role requires leadership in supervision, budget awareness, and active community outreach, with travel up to 20% and a commitment to serving veterans and their families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or related field.
• 3+ years in a customer service focused environment.
• 3+ years case management or program management experience; 5+ years preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience; remote supervision a plus.
• LMSW, LBSW, LMFT preferred; Driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of daily program services within the assigned state and monitor case management.
• Communicate daily with Lead Case Manager and Lead Outreach and Intake Specialist; travel to locations and keep staff informed.
• Review payment status with Financial Assistance Coordinators to resolve issues for veterans and landlords.
• Coordinate with staff to attend veteran and community group events; deliver outreach presentations.
• Monitor the budget and provide input for annual planning; support cost containment.
