Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience in a clinical setting or similar.
• Experience with EMR systems is a plus.
• Strong customer-service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages beneficial where needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guide them through check-in process.
• Update member information in electronic medical records.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals for care team.
• Assist with paperwork via electronic kiosks.
• Request and upload medical records to EMR system.
• Answer questions from members and families.
• Manage center phone line and messages.
• Support center events as needed.
