Responsibilities

• Welcome members and help them check in, ensuring a safe and home-like environment.
• Update member information in the EMR system.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals for a multi-disciplinary care team.
• Assist members with paperwork through electronic kiosks and upload documentation to EMR.
• Field questions from members and families, including adult children.
• Answer phones, take messages, and relay information to the right staff.
• Assist with center events as needed.
