Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of clinical setting experience.
• Experience with EMR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and help them feel safe and at home, check-in is seamless and clear.
• Update member information in the electronic medical records system.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals for a multidisciplinary care team.
• Assist members with filling out paperwork through electronic kiosks.
• Request medical records and upload documentation to EMR.
• Field questions from members and their families.
• Manage the front desk phone line and relay messages accurately.
• Assist with center events as needed.
