Job summary

ClearCaptions is seeking a Territory Training & Sales Manager to install and train customers in their homes, primarily in the field, with a focus on helping seniors stay connected. This is a remote, home-based role reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

You will generate referrals, build relationships with hearing care partners, retirement communities and consumers, and maintain territory records using Salesforce.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside sales experience or similar role.
• Ability to travel extensively in the assigned region (car) and by air occasionally.
• Proficient in using internet and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and train customers in using ClearCaptions equipment in their homes.
• Generate referrals and build community relationships.
• Maintain territory records and manage customer data.
• Educate hearing care providers and potential partners about services.
