ClearCaptions, LLC seeks a Territory Training & Sales Manager to install and train customers in their homes, focusing on seniors, and to grow the customer base through referrals and community partnerships. This is a remote role reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, with a base salary and uncapped upside based on performance.

The position includes auto allowance, devices, internet reimbursements, 401(k) match, and a comprehensive benefits package. Frequent travel within the region is required.

Qualifikationen

• Outside sales experience in B2B and/or B2C.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a personal automobile.
• Ability to travel extensively by car and by air as needed.
• Work from a local home office with reliable internet.

Aufgaben

• Install and train customers on ClearCaptions equipment at home.
• Educate customers on using the caption telephone service.
• Build relationships with retirement communities and local groups.
• Create lead-generation activities and referrals; educate pros in the market.
• Maintain inventory and travel within the territory.
