Job summary

ClearCaptions, LLC is seeking a Territory Training & Sales Manager to install and train customers in their homes, focusing on seniors. The role emphasizes building referrals and partnerships within the community while working remotely from a home office.

You will educate customers on device use, manage a local territory, and travel as needed to install equipment and attend events. This is a full-time, remote role reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in B2B and/or B2C.
• Sales experience or work with seniors preferred.
• Experience in hearing health field beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license and personal automobile.
• Ability to travel extensively by car and by air when needed.
• Work from a local home office with high-speed Internet.
• Proficient computer skills and basic Internet use.
• Comfortable working with seniors and disabled persons.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Excellent people and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve high-quality results.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling information.
• Proficient in MS Office and virtual team tools like MS Teams

Responsibilities

• Install ClearCaptions Phone and products at customers’ homes and train on features.
• Educate customers on usage and benefits of services.
• Develop relationships with retirement communities and local groups.
• Create, attend and conduct senior events for lead generation.
• Engage Hearing Professionals about caption services in local market.
• Maintain inventory to service customers.
• Generate referrals and new leads through events and partnerships.
• Record customer interactions and territory activity in company tools.
