ClearCaptions, LLC is seeking a Territory Training & Sales Manager to install and train customers in their homes, primarily from leads. The role combines field visits with community outreach and events to educate seniors about caption telephone services.

You will build relationships with hearing care providers, retirement communities, and other partners, while achieving a base salary with uncapped upside. This is a remote/work-from-home role with travel within the region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside sales experience preferred.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and personal automobile.
• Ability to travel extensively by car and by air on occasion.
• Work from a local home office with high-speed Internet.
• Proficient in MS Office and modern communication tools.

Responsabilités

• Install ClearCaptions devices and train customers in-home.
• Educate customers on phone features and service benefits.
• Build relationships with retirement communities and professionals.
• Create and attend Senior events to educate consumers.
• Generate referrals and develop new leads in the local market.
• Maintain inventory and use Salesforce for customer records.
