Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience in a clinical setting or similar.
• Experience working with EMR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and families, ensuring a safe and homelike check-in.
• Update member information in the electronic medical records system.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals for the care team.
• Assist members with filling out paperwork via electronic kiosks.
• Request medical records and upload documents to EMR.
• Answer calls, take messages, and relay details to the right staff.
• Assist with center events as needed.
