Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Care Navigator to welcome members and families, guiding them from arrival through check-in and visit to ensure a positive experience in our clinic setting.

You will update EMR records, schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, assist with paperwork, and answer questions from members and their adult children. The ideal candidate has exceptional customer service, a passion for senior care, and the ability to work with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation with a welcoming demeanor.
• Passion for senior care and helping members and families.
• Ability to work with diverse populations including staff, providers, and families.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, insurance, and EMR systems.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members upon arrival and guide them through the check-in process.
• Update member information in the EMR system.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals for a care team.
• Assist with paperwork via electronic kiosks and upload documents.
• Field questions from members and families and handle calls.
• Assist with center events as needed
