Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of work experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with EMR systems is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable.
• Assist with check-in and navigation through the center.
• Update member information in the electronic medical records system.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals for care teams.
• Assist with paperwork through electronic kiosks.
• Manage incoming calls and relay messages accurately.
• Support center events as needed.
• Answer questions from members and their families.
