Job summary

AFFIRM is seeking a Compliance Manager to own advisory for the AFFIRM Card program, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver compliant features from the ground up.

You will navigate complex regulatory questions (EFTA, TILA/CARD Act, UDAAP) and lead remediation efforts to ensure durable controls, while partnering with teams across the org to support exams and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in compliance advisory within financial services.
• Familiarity with card payments and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end compliance advisory for the AFFIRM Card program across marketing, onboarding, wallets, disputes, and servicing.
• Lead root-cause analysis and remediation for card compliance issues with durable fixes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure compliant features from inception.
