Foundant Technologies seeks a Senior Manager, Capture to lead a team of experienced proposal and security response professionals. You will own the full response process end-to-end, from intake to submission, while ensuring high quality, timely deliverables and defensible go/no-go recommendations.

The role emphasizes scaling opportunity identification, expanding sourcing across portals and public sector channels, and partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 5+ years in proposal, bid, or capture roles including 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience with qualification gates, content governance, and win/loss analysis.
• Track record of managing multiple pursuits with fixed deadlines.
• Ability to secure commitments from peer functions.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Fluency with RFI, RFP, RFT, addenda, and portal submissions.
• US procurement experience.
• Experience coaching remote contributors across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of proposal and security response professionals.
• Set priorities, workload, and quality standards for the team.
• Own the end-to-end response process from intake to submission.
• Ensure every response is high quality and on time.
• Scale opportunity identification across portals and channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Legal, Security, and Product.
• Implement AI-assisted workflows with human review.
• Define and report key metrics for the function.
• Develop capacity planning and scalable processes.
