Ad Hoc LLC is a technology company delivering scalable digital services for federal government opportunities. The Capture Manager will drive capture activities, coordinate multidisciplinary pursuit teams, and shape win strategies across assigned opportunities in a remote, nationwide setting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of federal capture or proposal experience, strong collaboration, and familiarity with RFIs/RFPs/RFQs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience supporting or managing capture activities within the federal government contracting environment.
• Experience working with RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, or similar procurement activities.
• Working knowledge of federal acquisition processes and government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Manages capture activities for assigned federal opportunities from qualification through transition to proposal.
• Develops capture plans using Shipley Capture Management best practices.
• Coordinates cross-functional pursuit teams and ensures milestones and deliverables stay on track.
• Provides updates to Growth and Business Unit leadership on progress, risks, and needs.
• Collaborates with account and Growth teams to understand customer missions and procurement timelines.
• Supports development of customer intelligence and competitive assessments.
• Coordinates with proposal management to ensure smooth transition from capture to proposal development.
