Foundant is seeking a Senior Proposal & Capture Leader to steer a high-performing team responsible for RFP responses and securing critical opportunities in the social good sector.

You will own end-to-end responses, set priorities, partner with Sales, Solution Engineering, Legal, and Compliance, and drive AI-assisted workflows to improve win rates while ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in proposal, bid, or capture roles with 2+ years managing proposal/bid professionals
• Experience with qualification gates, content library governance, and win/loss analysis
• Ability to manage several concurrent pursuits with fixed deadlines
• Ability to secure commitments from peers outside the team
• Fluency with formal procurement mechanics (RFI, RFP, RFT, addenda, BAFO, portal submissions)
• US state/county/city procurement experience
• Experience coaching remote contributors across time zones

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of proposal and security response professionals
• Set priorities, workload, and quality standards; protect the team from unmanaged demand
• Represent the function to sales leadership and the wider revenue organization
• Own the full response process from intake to submission
• Ensure the quality and timeliness of all responses
• Own the response calendar, submission logistics, and compliance
• Make go/no-go recommendations to enable sellers
• Scale sourcing to identify opportunities early across portals and channels
• Partner with sales leadership on pre-solicitation engagement
• Drive modernization through AI-assisted workflows and measurable improvements
• Establish cross-functional relationships with Sales, Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Security & Compliance, Legal, and Product
