Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years of progressive capture, business development, proposal, or related experience.
• 7+ years leading complex teams or pursuits.
• Demonstrated success leading large government opportunities (including high-value bids).
• Strong commercial and technical acumen, executive presence, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, strategic, highly competitive government pursuits from qualification through award support.
• Collaborate with Opportunity Owners and business leaders through reviews and pre-RFP health checks.
• Shape requirements and strengthen relationships to advance competitive positioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Solution, Delivery, Technology, Finance, and Legal.
• Direct partner-development strategy and pursuit-readiness milestones.
• Guide Price-to-Win and commercial strategy; coach capture teams.
