Valiant Integrated Services, LLC is seeking a Capture Manager in the Federal market to drive strategy, planning, and end-to-end capture for Base Operations, Construction, and Logistics opportunities. This remote role reports to the Director, Business Development and collaborates with BD, Solutioning, Proposal, and Program teams.

You will own the capture plan, shape RFPs, and guide teams to produce winning proposals that meet mission needs and position for growth.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of capture management experience and a history of leading successful captures.
• Proven ability to develop win strategies, manage capture processes, and influence customer acquisition.
• Experience leading capture efforts for Federal customers; strong customer engagement within the Federal environment.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative win strategies and solutions.
• Competence with Shipley frameworks and managing gate reviews (Strategy, Bid, Proposal).
• Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead capture activities from strategy development through contract award, managing bid strategies and team oversight.
• Define and oversee the development of win strategies, solution architectures, pursuit discriminators, and price-to-win analyses.
• Collaborate with BD, technical teams, and SMEs to develop compliant, compelling proposal responses.
• Own and manage the capture plan with cross-functional buy-in and alignment across all proposal contributors.
• Participate in color reviews to ensure cohesive, winning strategy across technical, management, and cost volumes.
