Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Capture Manager for the Department of War, Intelligence, and System Integrators to drive large, complex opportunities in the public sector. You will lead capture activities, coordinate with sales, legal, and technical teams, and develop compelling proposals for government customers.

You will work remotely across the United States, with a base pay range of $200,000 to $240,000 and potential bonuses. Applicants must be a U.S.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of capture experience selling solutions, products, and services.
• Experience selling into DoW/IC/SI.
• Excellent writing skills and experience responding to large government RFIs/RFPs/BAAs.
• Track record of closing large complex deals with software/hardware solutions or services.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline to meet revenue goals in coordination with the sales team.
• Meet and exceed pipeline and bookings targets.
• Build relationships with customers and partners at all levels, including C‑level.
• Lead strategic, long-term capture pursuits and forecast with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales Engineering, Legal, and Services to close opportunities.
• Develop GTM approaches and techniques to win large opportunities.
