Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Capture Manager for the Department of War, Intelligence, and System Integrators to drive new business in the DoW/IC/SI sectors. You will collaborate with sales, product, legal, and services teams to shape opportunities and win large, complex deals across software, hardware, and services, while maintaining a strong focus on pipeline generation and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Capture experience selling solutions, products, and services.
• Experience selling into major DoW/IC/SI accounts.
• Excellent writing skills with RFI/RFP/BAA responses and white papers.
• Proven track record of managing and closing large complex deals with software/hardware and/or services.
• Business development experience working with sales teams.
• U.S. citizen required.
• Strong presentations to all levels inside Trellix and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline to meet revenue goals as part of the sales team.
• Meet and exceed assigned pipeline and bookings goals.
• Build relationships with customers and partners across all levels, including C‑Suite.
• Lead strategic long-term capture pursuits with accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Legal and Professional Services to close large opportunities.
• Incubate and pioneer new GTM approaches and techniques.
• Understand Trellix’s security strategy and the broader security landscape.
• Create content for RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and white papers to support pipeline and GTM.
• Create high-impact presentations representing Trellix’s value proposition.
