Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks a Senior Manager, Capture Management 3 (LED) to drive end-to-end capture efforts for major opportunities. The role leads cross-functional teams across finance, contracts, engineering and partners to shape winning strategies and competitive analyses.

You will report to the Director, Capture Excellence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while aligning with FAR/BAP processes and ensuring path to strong win rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, a technical field, or another relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of government or defense industry experience.
• Proven cross-disciplinary BD, proposal, or capture leadership.
• Experience managing full-cycle capture including strategy and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional capture teams for major opportunities.
• Develop capture strategies, win themes, and price-to-win analyses.
• Formulate win themes and value propositions for each capture effort.
• Analyze customer needs, market drivers, and stakeholders for strategy input.
• Maintain relationships with internal/external partners and customers.
