Job summary

You will drive end-to-end capture activities, develop strategies, and shape win themes to improve our competitive position.

Based in the United States (AZ preferred; VA, MD, AL, CO, or UT campuses considered), the role requires 10+ years in government or defense capture, experience with Salesforce and FAR,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technical field, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in government/defense capture, BD, or similar roles.
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary proposal and capture teams.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and FAR; ability to brief executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional capture teams to plan and execute end-to-end activities.
• Develop capture strategies and win themes to improve win rate.
• Coordinate with finance, contracts, and engineering on captures.
• Analyze customer needs, market drivers, and competition to inform strategy.
