Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Senior Manager, Capture Management (LED) to lead end-to-end capture efforts for major opportunities within the Launch and Exploration Division.

The role requires 10+ years of government/defense capture experience, TS/SCI eligibility, and ability to travel up to 50%. You will collaborate across finance, contracts, and engineering to shape strategies and win competitive bids.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in government or defense industry.
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary business development, proposal, or capture teams.
• Experience with full-cycle capture activities and customer engagement.
• Knowledge of FAR and government contracting types (IDIQ, FFP, Cost Plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional capture teams to plan and execute end-to-end capture activities for major opportunities.
• Develop and execute capture strategies, win themes, and price-to-win analyses.
• Coordinate with line-of-business leadership, finance, contracts, and engineering; build internal/external relationships.
