Northrop Grumman Space Systems in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Capture Management 3 (LED) to lead end-to-end capture efforts for major opportunities within the Launch and Exploration Division. The role reports to the Director, Capture Excellence and requires collaboration across functions to shape winning strategies.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in government or defense capture leadership, strong briefing and stakeholder skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field required.
• Minimum 10 years of government/defense capture or related leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary BD, proposal, or capture teams.
• Knowledge of FAR and government contracting types.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional capture teams to plan and execute end-to-end captures.
• Develop capture strategies, win themes, and price-to-win analyses.
• Manage relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with line-of-business leadership, finance, contracts, and engineering.
• Use Salesforce and BAP to manage captures and drive win rate.
