Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager, Capture Management 2 (LED) to drive end-to-end capture efforts for Launch and Exploration. Based in Chandler, AZ or other campuses, the role requires TS clearance, up to 50% travel, and strong leadership across functions.

You will shape strategies, coordinate with finance, contracts, and engineering, and push for winning capture proposals within the Space Systems sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field.
• 5+ years leading cross-disciplinary capture teams.
• Experience with end-to-end capture activities and proposals.
• Experience with Salesforce and BAP.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Strong oral communication, briefing executives.
• Understanding FAR and government contract types (IDIQ, FFP, Cost Plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional capture teams for major opportunities including strategy and proposal development.
• Develop and execute capture strategies, win themes, value propositions, competitive assessments, teaming approaches and price-to-win.
• Analyze customer needs, market drivers, and stakeholder organizations to inform capture strategy.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customer decision-makers.
• Coordinate closely with line-of-business leadership, finance, contracts, global supply chain, technology, and engineering.
• Use Salesforce and BAP/sector processes to manage captures and drive win rate.
• Implement sector-specific processes that enhance overall capture win rate and secure large-scale opportunities.
