Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks a Senior Manager, Capture Management 3 (LED) to lead end-to-end capture activities for major opportunities and shape winning strategies. You will coordinate across functions to drive win themes, pricing, and teaming decisions.

The role requires 10+ years in government/defense, active TS/SCI or eligibility, and the ability to travel up to 50%. Based in multiple U.S. sites with relocation assistance possible.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, a technical field, or another relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in government or defense industry.
• Proven track record in leading cross-disciplinary business development, proposal, or capture teams.
• Experience using Salesforce and following the BAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional capture teams to plan and execute end-to-end capture activities for major opportunities.
• Develop and execute capture strategies and tactics that result in competitive assessments, effective teaming strategies, and robust prices-to-win analyses.
• Formulate clear Win Themes and Value Propositions for each capture initiative.
• Analyze customer needs, market drivers, and stakeholder organizations to inform capture strategy.
• Cultivate and maintain strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders, including team partners, industry associations, and customer decision-makers.
