Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a Senior Manager, Capture Management (LED) to lead strategic capture efforts for the Launch and Exploration Division. This role will drive end-to-end capture activities, develop winning strategies, and coordinate with line-of-business leadership, finance, contracts, and engineering to increase win rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technical field, or related discipline required.
• Minimum 10 years of government/defense capture or business development experience.
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary capture teams and full-cycle capture activities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and BAP; ability to brief executives and influence decision makers.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional capture teams to plan and execute end-to-end capture activities for major opportunities.
• Develop and execute capture strategies, win themes, and price-to-win analyses.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to inform strategy.
• Coordinate with LOB leadership, finance, contracts, and engineering to drive win rate.
• Utilize Salesforce and BAP processes to manage captures and reporting.
