Job summary

Constellis is seeking a Director of Capture and Proposal Leadership to develop and execute full lifecycle win strategies for high-value opportunities. You will build capture plans, engage stakeholders, manage teams, and drive pricing and win content across proposals.

This role requires deep experience in U.S. government contracts, multi-discipline leadership, and a track record of pursuing opportunities greater than $50M.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance preferred (Secret/Top Secret).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Minimum 10 years in capture management, preferably with security and risk contracts.
• Experience leading U.S. Government captures >$50M for domestic, IC or international opportunities.
• Familiarity with capture tools and government databases.

Responsibilities

• Qualifies new business aligned with the annual operating plan.
• Manages opportunity qualification, development, capture, and proposal support.
• Advances opportunities through the BD lifecycle.
• Analyzes customer budget, preferences, competitive landscape, and incumbent intel.
• Manages customer and stakeholder engagement and competitive analyses.
• Develops pricing strategies with Pricing Manager.
• Leads win strategies and capture plans to grow business and retention.
• Supports development of all proposal volumes with technical and cost narratives.
• Collaborates with solution and proposal teams to craft winning proposals.
• Coordinates communications/marketing campaigns supporting capture efforts.
