Job summary

Peraton seeks a Director of Capture Operations in Reston, VA to lead the capture team, develop winning offers, and drive growth through strategic solutions. You will coordinate with Sector BDEs, Solution Architects and SMEs to shape opportunity win strategies and value propositions.

Strong governance of data, tools, and dashboards is essential. Required are 16+ years in capture/ops leadership, federal procurement knowledge, and proven ability to close large, complex deals with partners.

Qualifications

16+ years of relevant experience in capture/ops leadership and business development.
Experience leading capture teams and developing win strategies for complex opportunities.
Proven ability to build and maintain partner relationships and teaming agreements.
Strong understanding of Federal procurement, contracting and financial regulations.
Track record in strategic selling, discovery, ROI development and closing.
Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills across the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

Lead the capture operations team responsible for capture processes and growth training.
Support development of winning offers and solution sets using common tools (technical, management, past performance, cost/price).
Manage a team building predictive models and ML algorithms for data analysis.
Design growth reports in CRM repositories and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI.
Maintain Growth Knowledge Management data sources; ensure data quality and integrity.
Communicate with partners/subcontractors to drive high quality solutions and value propositions.
