The role drives disciplined capture efforts on high-value opportunities ($250M+) and coordinates with our network of agencies, business development leads, solution architects, teaming partners, and proposal managers to position to win.

Qualifications

• Experience in federal capture management on large pursuits.
• Demonstrated success supporting full-lifecycle pursuits.
• Deep knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle and government contracting best practices.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; persuasive and analytical.

Responsibilities

• Drive Momentum: maintain a regular cadence of capture meetings and milestones.
• Opportunity Positioning: shape customer perception and engagement plans.
• Research & Intelligence: conduct deep-dive target agency analysis for strategy.
• Win Strategy: develop competitive win strategies and discriminator development.
• Solution Shaping: collaborate on preliminary technical, management, and staffing solutions.
• Proposal Readiness: own pre-RFP readiness, including compliance matrix and outlines.
• Teaming Support: align partners and plan capture artifacts post-Teaming Agreement.
• Proposal Support: lead or assist proposal development as needed.
