Job summary

Sedaro is seeking a Capture Lead to own the full capture lifecycle, from opportunity identification to proposal submission and contract award, in Arlington, VA. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex capture and proposal processes, and translate technical topics into winning messages, with a focus on government and aerospace/defense opportunities.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of government capture and proposals experience.
• Proven success closing government contracts worth $15M+.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project-management skills.
• Familiarity with DoW, IC, and federal acquisition processes (FAR/DFARS/OTA).

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new government and commercial opportunities.
• Develop capture strategies to increase win probability.
• Build relationships with government stakeholders and partners.
• Manage full lifecycle of sales from opportunity to award.
• Develop capture plans, win themes, and competitive analyses.
• Oversee proposal development ensuring compliance with RFPs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to shape and win new work.
• Establish and enforce response schedules and milestones.
• Travel ~1-2 times per month for engagements.
