Job summary

Peraton seeks a Vice President of Capture Management to lead corporate franchise pursuits and partner with Sector Business Development Executives, Solution Architects, and SMEs to craft win strategies and differentiated proposals across the Federal landscape.

You will lead as a capture lead on a Go-To-Market team, designing innovative mission solutions and compelling bids across domains such as Mission Engineering, Digital Transformation, AI/Data, Cybersecurity, and Cloud/Enterprise IT,

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience including a minimum of 8 years in full lifecycle capture management.
• Track record of growth as a capture leader with customer intimacy in Civil, Enterprise IT, Classified/Intelligence Community, NOAA, Space/NRO.
• Proven ability to build and manage bid and proposal budgets for large, complex pursuits.
• Excellent business acumen; strong understanding of Federal procurement, contracting, and financial rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Understand operational environments and position Peraton to deliver end-to-end mission value to program sponsors.
• Lead high-visibility priority pursuits across all phases of the business acquisition process for opportunities >$500M.
• Develop a winning offer and solution sets (technical, management, past performance, cost/price).
• Coordinate with growth team and SMEs to align customer objectives and create value propositions.
• Manage communications with partners/subcontractors and drive high-quality solutions and compelling value propositions.
• Articulate win strategy, solution, and business case including risk and mitigation plans in governance reviews.
