Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Seven+ years of captive insurance, auditing, risk management, or captive management experience.
• CPA, CPCU, ACIA, ARM, ACI, or other relevant professional designations, preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
• Strong understanding of captive insurance operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and multiple priorities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience presenting to boards of directors and executive leadership teams.
• Experience with strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Ability and willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, or other business-related functions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, engage, and manage a team of account managers in talent functions including recruiting, onboarding, training, career development, and performance management.
• Serve as the executive relationship manager and trusted advisor for captive clients, guiding operations, governance, and financial performance.
• Lead client, board, and stakeholder meetings, presenting financial and operational results.
• Oversee complex client engagements, resolving escalated issues and identifying value opportunities.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Provide executive oversight of financial reporting, regulatory filings, risk management activities, and domicile compliance.
• Collaborate with auditors, actuaries, legal counsel, regulators, and other providers to support objectives.
• Support business growth through client retention and expansion, proposals, and thought leadership.
• Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
