Responsibilities

• Lead, engage, and manage a team of account managers in talent functions including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, career development, and performance management.
• Serve as the executive relationship manager and trusted advisor for captive clients, providing strategic guidance on operations, governance, financial performance, insurance, and long-term objectives.
• Lead client, board, and stakeholder meetings, presenting financial and operational results while driving informed decision-making.
• Oversee complex client engagements, proactively resolving escalated issues and identifying opportunities to enhance client value and service delivery.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, best practices, quality standards, and compliance deadlines.
• Provide executive oversight of financial reporting, regulatory filings, risk management activities, and domicile compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with auditors, actuaries, legal counsel, regulators, and other service providers to support client and regulatory objectives.
• Support business growth through client retention and expansion efforts, proposal development, prospect engagement, industry participation, and thought leadership initiatives.
