Hylant is seeking an Account Executive to lead the captive account management team and drive client relationships, governance, and performance. You will coach a team of professionals and serve as a trusted advisor to clients on operations and long-term objectives.

The role emphasizes executive engagement, strategic planning, and collaboration with auditors, regulators, and leadership to ensure client success and compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
• Seven or more years of captive insurance, auditing, risk management, or captive management experience.
• CPA, CPCU, ACIA, ARM, ACI, or other professional designations preferred.
• Strong understanding of captive insurance operations and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage complex client relationships and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, engage, and manage a team of account managers in all talent functions including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, career development, and performance management.
• Serve as the executive relationship manager and trusted advisor for captive clients, guiding operations and financial performance.
• Lead client and stakeholder meetings, presenting financial and operational results.
• Oversee complex client engagements and resolve escalated issues to enhance value and service delivery.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements and quality standards.
• Provide executive oversight of financial reporting, regulatory filings, and risk management activities.
• Collaborate with auditors, actuaries, and regulators to support objectives.
• Support business growth through client retention, proposals, and thought leadership.
