Hylant, a leading insurance brokerage, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead the captive account management team and act as a strategic advisor to our captive clients. You will oversee client relationships, drive talent development, and ensure excellence in governance, financial reporting, and service delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of captive insurance operations, and a track record of managing complex client engagements with executive presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Seven or more years of captive insurance, auditing, risk management, or captive management experience.
• CPA, CPCU, ACIA, ARM, ACI, or other relevant professional designations, preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
• Strong understanding of captive insurance operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and multiple priorities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience presenting to boards of directors and executive leadership teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead, engage, and manage a team of account managers in talent functions including recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Serve as executive relationship manager and trusted advisor for assigned captive clients, advising on operations, governance, financial performance, and long-term objectives.
• Lead client, board, and stakeholder meetings, presenting financial and operational results.
• Oversee complex client engagements, resolving escalated issues and identifying opportunities to enhance value.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements and quality standards.
