Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with the needs of custom millwork manufacturers. This fully remote role supports Sales in pre‑sales, product demonstrations, and translating customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.

Ideal candidates have hands-on CAD/CAM experience and a strong background in manufacturing software. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, travel up to 25% for events, and represent INNERGY at industry shows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post‑processors) and/or other CAD/CAM‑based systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to own the technical pre‑sales cycle for CAD/CAM, from discovery through close, including articulating how CAD/CAM fits within the broader INNERGY ecosystem.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations that showcase CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows, making complex capabilities intuitive for prospects.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
