INNERGY is hiring a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM products with custom manufacturers across North America in a fully remote role. You will partner with Sales to drive pre-sales efforts, deliver compelling CAD/CAM demos, and translate customer needs into scalable solutions across our design-to-manufacturing platform.

Experience with CAD/CAM software and a background in millwork or cabinetry is preferred. Expect up to 25% travel for trade shows and customer visits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting in manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environments.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors) and/or other CAD/CAM-based systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery through close, articulating fit within the INNERGY ecosystem.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations of CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows for prospects.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Guide prospects on engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, feeding back trends, gaps, and opportunities to leadership.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
