Job summary

INNERGY is looking for a Solutions Engineer to bridge our CAD/CAM product with custom manufacturers. You will partner with Sales to drive pre-sales cycles and deliver demonstrations that translate complex capabilities into practical outcomes for millwork shops.

You will translate customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions and collaborate with Product and Engineering to align offerings with market demands. This is a fully remote role across North America with travel as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environments.
Background in architectural millwork, casework, or cabinetry strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors).

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery through close.
Lead tailored product demonstrations showcasing CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
Guide prospects through engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
Serve as the voice of the customer, feeding feedback to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows and events; travel up to 25%.
