Job summary

INNERGY is hiring a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with custom manufacturers across North America. The role focuses on pre-sales, demonstrations, and translating customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.

Ideal candidates have millwork/ cabinetry experience, 3+ years in relevant roles, and ability to travel up to 25% for events and visits. Remote role, open to candidates nationwide.

Qualifications

• Background in the architectural millwork, casework, or cabinetry industry preferred.
• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting in manufacturing software/CAD-CAM.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software and post-processors.
• Ability to explain CNC post-processors to shop owners.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for events and visits.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM within INNERGY’s ecosystem.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations of CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, outputs).
• Guide prospects on engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align needs with capabilities.
• Relay customer feedback to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows and customer events.
