Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product and custom manufacturers. You will partner with Sales to drive the pre-sales cycle, demonstrate workflows, and translate customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.

This remote role supports North America and travels up to 25% for events. Applicants with CAD/CAM experience in millwork, cabinetry, or related manufacturing domains will fit well.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery through close.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations showing CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automations, post-processors).
• Guide prospects through how CAD/CAM supports engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, feeding feedback to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
