Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with custom manufacturers across North America. This remote role partners with Sales to drive pre‑sales discovery, deliver tailored CAD/CAM demonstrations, and translate customer needs into scalable manufacturing solutions.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, champion customer feedback, and represent INNERGY at industry events, travel up to 25% as needed. Experience in millwork or cabinetry is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors) and/or other CAD/CAM-based systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events.

Responsibilities

• Lead tailored product demonstrations that showcase CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Articulate how CAD/CAM fits within the broader INNERGY ecosystem for pre-sales cycles.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Guide prospects through engineer‑to‑order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
