INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM tech with our custom manufacturers. You will partner with Sales to own the technical pre‑sales cycle and deliver demonstrations that translate complex CAD/CAM capabilities into clear, real-world outcomes for millwork shops.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure customer needs inform roadmaps while translating requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions. This remote role welcomes candidates across North America.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment.
• Hands‑on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post‑processors) and/or other CAD/CAM systems.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical pre‑sales cycle for CAD/CAM, from discovery through close, including articulating fit within the INNERGY ecosystem.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations showcasing CAD‑based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows for prospects.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Guide prospects on how CAD/CAM supports engineer‑to‑order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Serve as voice of the customer, feeding feedback to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows and events.
• Travel up to 25% for trade shows, visits, and team events.
