Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to drive pre-sales efforts, lead tailored demonstrations, and translate customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions for design through CNC output.

This fully remote role offers travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events, with a focus on architects millwork, cabinetry, and casework industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead tailored product demonstrations of CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle from discovery through close.
